What Services Are Provided?

The Bridge can accommodate up to 20 residents between the two facilities. The Bridge staff includes an executive director, assistant director, director of therapy, a social worker, a nurse, a cook, and youth care workers. The goal is for each youth to pass through a four-step program.

Each phase is designed to progressively prepare the individual to enter society as a productive, self-sufficient young adult.
The Bridge provides many services on-site for the residents and their families, including psychiatry, psychological
assessments, case management, individual and group psychotherapy, recreational therapy, educational and vocational
assessments, employment preparation, social and life-skills training, and coordination of aftercare support
services. The
Bridge also contracts, as needed, other services including substance abuse treatments, psychiatric evaluations and
consultations, and other specialized therapies. |
